The room at Intercityhotel Hamburg Hauptbahnhof wasvery comfy and tidy, providing a restful stay. I appreciated the cute and friendly staff at check-in and check-out. The location was great, with easy access to the central train station and nearby shops and eateries. The option to store my luggage securely in the office was a thoughtful gesture.

Great central location, just a short walk to the train station and close to shopping and the old town district. Free city transportation ticket provided, making it easy to explore the city. The bathroom was clean and nicely furnished.
The check-in experience was not positive, with a rude and unfriendly receptionist. The breakfast was not included in the price and was expensive.
